CLASSES

Espirito Do Surf offers daily, weekly or monthly classes which include calisthenics and snorkeling. Optional aerobics and meditation classes are also available. Classes include technical and practical instruction. Students range in age from 7 years old to adult. Classes have male and female students. Surf is a perfect family sport. Espirito Do Surf offers family packages and provides surfboards. Their use is included in the price of lessons. Group classes are scheduled in the morning and afternoon three times a week and have a two-hour duration. Private classes can be scheduled daily. Because it's always warm in Bahia - the climate is tropical - one can surf year round.
